The brushes are made in our factory in China. China is the #1 producer of sustainable bamboo. We can keep costs and shipping costs down by sourcing from China. We have a close relationship with our factory and are constantly improving the sustainability and eco-friendliness of BamBrush.
No. But they are recyclable at certain recycling centers.
The bristles on Bambrushes are currently made from Dupont Nylon and can only be recycled or disposed of traditionally. To properly biodegrade a Bambrush you must first either snap off the head of the brush or remove the nylon bristles with pliers.

The brushes are individually wrapped with thin recyclable plastic for hygienic purposes during travel. We are currently sourcing out paper sleeves that fulfill the same requirement and will eliminate even more plastic!
Packages are shipped 1-3 days after payment is received, and take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on where you live in Canada. If your order hasn't arrived past this time-frame please let us know immediately.
Unfortunately, no. We have to use Stripe for all recurring subscriptions to BamBrush. Some people are uncomfortable with using Stripe instead of PayPal but Stripe is on the same level or higher in transaction sercurty than PayPal.
