The brushes are made in our factory in China. China is the #1 producer of sustainable bamboo. We can keep costs and shipping costs down by sourcing from China. We have a close relationship with our factory and are constantly improving the sustainability and eco-friendliness of BamBrush.
Your brushes will arrive in a BAMvelope shipped via Canada Post!
The brushes are individually wrapped with thin recyclable/biodegradeable paper sleeve for hygienic purposes during travel.
Packages are shipped 2-3 days after payment is received, and take 1-2 weeks to arrive depending on where you live in Canada. If your order hasn't arrived after this time-frame please let us know immediately.
If you have forgotten about your subscription and noticed a billing but would like a refund let us know as soon as possible.
Because of our business model we cannot refund an order after it has been shipped to the customer. If we can catch the refund before shipping the product then this is possible. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of any subscriptions they have with us.
Unfortunately, no. We have to use Stripe for all recurring subscriptions to BamBrush. Some people are uncomfortable with using Stripe instead of PayPal but Stripe is on the same level or higher in transaction sercuirty than PayPal.
If you'd like to order a single brush, please subscribe to BamBrush and then either unsubscribe yourself with the link you receive by e-mail or send us a request to cancel.
The reason we don't offer single brush orders is because for single brush customers to be viable for us we encourage visitors to subscribe. Sending people just one brush for life wouldn't be sustainable for us.
